Programming
Networking of all machines via data lines. Drawings can be copied in .dxf .dwg format etc. 2-D, 2.5 D and 3-D programming via CAD-CAM.
Drawings can be sent via e-mail, however, they must be prepared such that they are CNC-compatible.

Certified in accordance with IS0 9001:2000.

We rate using the products and partial audits. Test reports are compiled in line with specifications and supplied along with the products.

Your current suppliers have delivery problems, you are no longer able to fullfill your deliveries due to machine breakdown?
We can offer you fast spare capacities for covering peak manufacturing loads with over 50 CNC machines that we have at our disposal. We have all critical machines at least twice.
Having redundant systems, we can offer maximum possible reliability.
If your present supplier can not offer up to date technologies, if you need advice of how to manufacture the parts you need efficiently, if you want to use future technologies already today, we might be able to help you.
VOERE, as of today, is already offering a wide range of modern technologies such as laser welding, centreless grinding, oval and corner grinding, scrubbing, glass blasting, shot peening, vector blasting and machining in 10-axes.
We can test your components at high temperature and low temperatures using liquid nitrogen.
We have our assembly lines bulit up for each customer if needed. Our workshops line operate in 4 shifts.
We offer logistics support for partnerships with international suppliers and sales agencies.
Do you have several small suppliers who cannot cover all the technologies required? We have the know-how and equipment for all critical technologies in-house. If any of your suppliers fails to deliver or you need any part urgently, we can provide assistance to you with the shortest delivery lead time. We are your partner for outsourcing.
At present, we drill holes dia 0.2 mm. We can seal them using laser welding on one side so they are hardly visible from the other side.

We can read and edit AutoCAD and SolidWorks files directly.
Pro Engineer, Catia, Solid Edge via an interface or Steps, IGES and SAT.
Using our 3-D module, we can, among others, mill electrodes for die-sinking EDM machines, arbitrary shaped surfaces and contours as they occur, for example, in mould construction.
CNC-compatible
Please take care to ensure that files read into our system via an interface are CNC-compatible.
CNC-compatible means: - Text, dimensions, drawing header etc. are located in another layer as that of the drawing - The dimension lines have the correct length as specified in the dimension - The drawing has not been modified after editing in CAD.
